When does it make sense to choose a private tour? We asked travelers who visited us in Morocco. Here's what they found important.
- Time-saving. It's not always possible to plan your travel route without missing something fascinating and avoiding many pitfalls inevitable in an unfamiliar country. We are happy to help you plan a travel route that is perfect for you and unlike any other. And you will have plenty of opportunities to feel like an explorer.
- Making the most of your holiday. Having a customized tour gives you the opportunity to see and learn a great deal in a limited time and at a pace that suits you.
- The comfort of traveling to hard-to-visit places. The alternative is to rent a car, but not everyone wants to spend hours driving during their holiday. Many are wary of issues like driving on mountain roads, having cell phone failures, or experiencing car breakdowns. Also, Morocco's maps are not always too accurate.
- The best value for money. Experienced travelers consider this factor as well. Private tour includes transport and a full-time accompanying guide. All of this ends up being cheaper than arranging all these elements individually.
What can you do if a private tour seems expensive? You can team up with friends: the more people there are, the lower the cost per person. Or you can rent a car and bring your guide along. Or drive on your own. Morocco has great intercity buses and cheap domestic flights. Of course, you won't be able to divert from the route to take selfies with tree-climbing goats or reach the waterfalls on your way to
Essaouira. But that's alright! Also, you can always book a couple of
excursions in some cities.
