Of course you may! Although the tours are designed for adults, curious children who love finding out something new won't get bored! The tour is free for children who are under 8 years old, but keep in mind that the tour lasts for 3 hours, so hopefully kids won't get tired walking for so long. If you have specific preferences, you can book a private tour instead and this way the guide will be able to tailor your tour according to your interests!

The length of your selected tour is mentioned in its description, or if you have already booked the tour - then it is also stated on your ticket. But bear in mind it may take a bit more than that- we would love to spend some time chatting with you:), taking pictures, sharing phone numbers and Facebook or Instagram details and of course… we are not leaving without a farewell hug 😊 And then we'll keep our fingers crossed that we'll see you again very soon :)

We try our best to keep the groups around 10-15 people at most. For tours in April/May we strongly advise you to book the tour well in advance! Thank you very much!

Oh my… it's better not to be. We can't really ask the entire group to wait for a couple of people. When the tour begins, the tour guide's phone will be switched off and, unfortunately, he won't be able to respond to your phone calls. It's better to plan your trip in advance, find a parking space if needed and be at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before the start of the tour. Thank you very much!

It's advisable to decide on tours you would like to take as early as possible, ideally to book them right after buying your aeroplane tickets. That way we will make sure we have a guide for you and our meeting will definitely take place :) If you make a last-minute decision to take a tour, do not hesitate to contact us either. We will do our best to arrange a guide for you to show you the country.

We will definitely agree on it well in advance! Then, two days before the tour date, a reminding email with the name and the phone number of your guide, an exact location of the meeting point and its photo will be sent to you. Please do not miss this letter. Thanks! :)

If you are late, please notify the guide. Do not worry, the guide will wait for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this time can be deducted from the tour's length or you can arrange an extension of the tour with the guide. Every additional hour is 70 euros.

And there's nothing that brings us more joy than answering sudden "childish" questions. After all, it allows us to see the world from their unique perspective. Most of our guests do not like sharing their tour with others. Since this deprives their possibility to alter the route if they like, hop into some nice shop, sit down at a café of their choice and ask the guide about any information that interests them. However, there is a another, more pleasant way to save your money. You can have a tour with our trainees, where you will be toured by someone who is madly in love with their city and has already passed all the exams and trial tours with us. The only thing they are missing is experience. But there is no shortage in their willingness to share their knowledge and love for their country with you!

If your hotel is located near your chosen tour route, then yes, we can meet you at the hotel!

Sure. We love to plan private programs more than anything else. In addition to our existing tours, a boat or a yacht trip could be included; a hot air balloon flight, designer shops and art gallery tours, various workshops, tastings, university tours, castle visiting and much, much more. In addition, we adore arranging multi-day bicycle trip programs around the country. Arranging a private program is a paid service. Send us a message with all your requests, and we will do our best to implement them all!

We love to show cities by walking, this way you can see the most interesting places and hidden charms of the city. But we also offer many wonderful boat- and cycling tours. And for longer trips we can go by car :)

Please, inform us in advance. In most cases, we will be able to adjust the route for you or to help you choose a more suitable walking path. And we also have a special tour for people with reduced mobility.

It is very simple! Use Google maps to find the agreed meeting spot or click the link we emailed you with the exact point of our meeting and follow the route from your current location.

Just follow the given directions. On your way, be sure to enjoy all the beautiful views, pretty street scenes which will make your vacation unforgettable.

Since we will be walking a lot, be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Please look at the weather forecast in advance. If rain and wind are expected, it is better to wear waterproof and windproof clothes. In the heat, be sure to bring appropriate headgear, sunglasses and sun cream. And don't forget to bring some water!

We can only refund you if you inform us in advance - 7 days before the tour – about your change of plans. Please note that a full refund may not be possible, because a bank/payment platform may charge a commission when processing a refund.
