Terms of Use

The website "SNURK.TRAVEL" at snurk.travel (hereinafter "Website") is owned by Nastushka Princesska, Netherlands.

The Website provides an opportunity to receive information and book services.

This Agreement with the User (hereinafter "Agreement") describes the conditions for the provision of services through the company's website. The User of the Website (hereinafter "User") is the person using the services of the company.

The terms of the Agreement are considered valid at the time of confirmation by the User of their consent on the Website when completing the order. After confirmation by the User, the terms of the Agreement can not be amended. If no confirmation has been provided by the User, the Website administration reserves the right to change, add or delete paragraphs of this Agreement without notifying the User.

It is the personal responsibility of the User to stay informed about any changes to the Agreement.

The project provides the User with the following types of services:
  • access to information about services (such as excursions, tours, transfers, and others) and their acquisition;
  • the ability to post messages and reviews;
  • payment for ordered services.
Information about the User is stored and processed by the Administration in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Website contains photographs, videos and texts, the right to ownership of which belongs to the Company or third parties that have granted such rights to the Company. Images released into the public domain with no restrictions on their use by the authors may be used by the Website administration for informational purposes or as accompanying materials only. If you find material on the Website that, in your opinion, violates your copyrights, please contact us at hi@snurk.travel indicating the page of the Website on which such material is posted. The Website administration will take the necessary measures to stop the violation of intellectual rights and exclude the material from the company's website.

The Company has the right to change or terminate the Website at any time without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for the non-compliance of the Website with the expectations of the User and his subjective assessments. If you do not agree with any of the aforementioned points, you have the right to refuse to use the Website.

Payments
The cost of services is indicated on the website and may be amended by the website Administration unilaterally. The service cost is valid at the moment of pressing the virtual 'Book' button during the order placement and cannot be altered after payment is made. All prices on the website are stated in Euros and include VAT. Upon payment, the User receives a payment confirmation to the email provided during the payment process.

The company operates on a prepayment basis. Payment is processed through the international internet acquiring service Stripe, where the User can pay for the ordered services using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. The User receives an invoice from the Company, which can be paid by following the provided link. Upon clicking the link, a secure window with the payment page of the Stripe processing center opens, where the User needs to enter credit card details for order payment. For additional cardholder authentication, the `3D Secure` protocol can be used. If a User's bank supports this technology, the User will be automatically redirected to the bank's server for additional identification. The User can inquire for more information about the rules and methods of additional identification with their bank.

Security guarantees of online-payment
The Stripe processing centre protects and processes the User's bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard and is certified to the highest level of the payment industry`s standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using AES-256 encryption technology. Further transfers of information occur through closed banking networks, which have the highest level of reliability. The processing centre does not transmit the full data of the User's bank card to us or to any other third parties.

All payments are processed in accordance with PSD2 (the second directive on the provision of payment services of the European Union) and the requirements of SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), which entered into force on September 14, 2019.

The personal information provided by the User (name, phone number, e-mail, credit card information) for placing an order is confidential and not subject to disclosure. The User's credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server. Data processing is carried out on a secure server provided by the Stripe processing company.

Rules for making a deposit for services

  1. Excursions
The User selects a suitable excursion or excursions and submits a request on the website through the virtual "Book" button. After that, the Company's manager contacts the User, confirms the dates, time, and type of the excursion, and then sends an invoice for 20-40%, depending on the selected program. The excursion is considered booked for the User upon receipt of the prepayment from the Company.

2. Multiday Tours
  • Classic Tours
The User selects a suitable multiday classic tour and submits a request on the website through the virtual "Book" button. After that, the Company's manager contacts the User. The Company provides half an hour of free consultation: 2 emails with answers to questions via email or a call on WhatsApp. After this, the User can proceed to book the tour. If necessary, the User can order additional consultation hours according to the rates specified in the tour description. After confirming the dates and route, the Company sends an invoice for 100% prepayment. The tour is considered booked for the User upon receipt of the prepayment from the Company.

  • Custom Tours
The User submits a request for custom tours on the website through the virtual "Book" button. After that, the Company's manager contacts the User. The Company provides one hour of free consultation via email or a call on WhatsApp. During this time, the Company's specialist drafts the route. If necessary, the User can order additional consultation hours according to the rates specified in the tour description. After confirming the draft route, the Company sends an invoice for 30% prepayment. Upon receiving it, the Company's specialist develops the entire route in detail. Then, after its approval by the User, the Company issues an invoice for the remaining amount - 70%. The tour is considered booked for the User upon receipt of the prepayment from the Company.

3. Custom Travel Planning
The User submits a request for сustom travel planning on the website through the virtual "Book" button. After that, a Company specialist contacts the User and asks the User to fill out a questionnaire about their preferences and plans. After analyzing the questionnaire, the Company's specialist drafts the route. The Company provides up to half an hour of free consultation via email or a call on WhatsApp. After confirming the draft route, the Company sends an invoice for 100% prepayment. Upon receiving it, the Company's specialist develops the entire route in detail. The User receives it in PDF format within the specified timeframe, as indicated in the description of this service.

4. Additional Services
The User selects other services of our Company (booking a ship, tickets, transfers, hot air balloons, etc.). After agreeing on the program, the Company sends an invoice for 100% prepayment. The service is considered booked for the User upon receipt of the prepayment from the Company.

The website administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the User when placing an order.

Change of reservation or refund of services

1. Excursions
  • In case of excursion cancellation more than 7 days before its scheduled date or before the first excursion in the entire booked package of services, the refund is the full cost and will be processed promptly
  • If the excursion is canceled less than 7 days before its scheduled date or before the first excursion in the entire booked package of services, the deposited amount is non-refundable.

2. Multiday Tours
  • Classic Tours
In case of tour cancellation or changes to the route, dates, or duration of the trip, the User must notify the Company by email. Cancellation or route change fees come into effect from the date of receiving written notification and are as follows:
  1. More than 45 days before the first day of the tour: 20% of the tour cost
  2. 44-16 days before the first day of the tour: 30% of the tour cost
  3. 15-8 days before the first day of the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  4. 7 days or less before the first day of the tour: 100% of the tour cost
  • Custom Tours
In case of tour cancellation or changes to the route, dates, or duration of the trip, the User must notify the Company by email. Cancellation or route change fees come into effect from the date of receiving written notification and are as follows:
  1. More than 45 days before the first day of the tour: 30% of the tour cost
  2. 44-16 days before the first day of the tour: 50% of the tour cost
  3. 15 days or less before the first day of the tour: 100% of the tour cost

3. Custom Travel Planning

Prepayment for route development is refundable only during the route draft approval stage. After receiving the final travel route, no refund is possible.

4. Consultation Hours
Payment for additional consultation hours with the Company's specialist is non-refundable and fully retained by the Company.

5. Additional Services/Products
Payment for other services provided by our Company (ship booking, tickets, transfers, hot air balloons, etc.) is non-refundable and retained by the Company.

Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of force majeure circumstances such as legislative changes, natural disasters, emergencies, pandemics, deposit refund conditions may be subject to review.
